I am very uncomfortable being touched and have finally had that placed in my chart! And it seems that the medical personnel review my chart before coming into the exam room. All of my life, I've been treated as though I were high maintenance, like my condition wasn't real or it caused a huge inconvenience to the medical staff. "We have been in the line to check in within the grace period three times and every time, they chit chat with the people in front of us and check us in late, thereby having to reschedule the appointment. Today we were even stopped once we reached the desk and told to wait before she could check us in.This appointment was very important and the roads were very icy getting to the clinic. They only had one person at the check in desk and she was onboarding an inmate which looked like a tedious complex process. After this was completed, she started to chat with the officers, once we reached the desk, she told us to wait, and by the time we checked in, she said the doc had just written us down as a no show."

"My first appointment was September 31st. 2 months later, I still have no answers about my injury. When I call with questions, they write them down and say 'it will be 24-48hrs for a response.' I call again 2 days later, same questions, same response. This dance continues every 2 days and I still don't know if I need surgery, if I need to see another doctor, if I can start physically therapy. Why does no one care about my injury? My daily life has been affected by this injury and no one seems to care. I have a 5lb weight restriction, which means I can not do very much for myself, my family, my household. Should I just force a tear so someone will take me seriously and do something about my arm? Living with only 1 arm function is very difficult and no one in this office is showing their care with actions. Sure, you can talk nicely over the phone and sound like you care. But when I'm pushed aside, week after week, it's hurtful. Disrespectful. Rude. Cold. I drove 3 hours from my home in the hopes of finding more caring and expedited care, than what I was receiving in my small town. Multicare ortho is worse"
