"It’s currently our vet office and I’ll state my reason for the rating. It has gotten to the point it takes a month to get your pet seen in this office and an emergency if you miss the short morning window is a minimum two week wait, forcing you to an expensive emergency vet office. I understand the population increase, we have been going here for the better part of 14 years, it used to be same day or at least same week for appointments. It’s disappointing that they have taken on more than they can manage IMO and cannot give faster, better services. I will say, and the reason we stay is they are great with our dogs and really care, and are always genuine and trustworthy with great vets and knowledge."

"We have been going to Northwoods for seven years, they have been extremely compassionate and have courtesy. This morning was the second dog we have had to put down. Once again they went above and beyond to fit us in to their busy schedule to take care of our dog in a very sensitive way. We really appreciate the "candle of remembrance" to keep the office quiet."

"There always so nice. They did a great job with the 4 ferral cats I have brought in to get fixed over the last few years. And my new puppy has been here a couple times and they treat her excellent and there prices are never unreasonable. I would definitely recommend them."

"We have been taking our dog to Northwoods for a few months now, and have been very happy with them! The office staff, the techs and the vets are all amazing. Everyone is very friendly and they work hard to get you seen if you need an urgent appointment. Our last vet was very expensive and always recommended a lot of unnecessary tests, and they are far different from this, very affordable, and only recommend things that are necessary. Cannot recommend them enough!"
