"Literally best urgent care there is! My son was screaming about his hurting ear and everyone was so sweet to him. The doctor brought in a teddy bear carrying juice (medicine) for my son to drink. My son finally stopped crying and loved the bear. I will keep this urgent care at the top of our list ALWAYS. Thank you!!!!!"

"We took my brother to this clinic when his Epilepsy medicine ran out while visiting from England. Everyone in the office was delightful. Dr Abrahams was very kind and took time to listen and engage with him, despite my brother’s autism related struggles with communication. The nursing staff was equally thoughtful and made sure all bases were covered. So thankful for this new facility in our community!"

"Such an amazing experience. The front desk ladies were very sweet and understanding. I just moved here to ID and they were the closest clinic. Came in at 8am for my toddlers first ear infection and she has been miserable for almost a week before we knew it was an ear infection. The nurse ladies were super sweet with her and very gentle. I had to call them a few times to make sure my concerns about her condition were normal and if there was anything more I could do. The on call nurse was fantastic, super helpful and extremely understanding which makes me feel good since I’m a first time mom. Over all 5/5 for stars. I will be coming back here if needed 7/28/23"

"This place was great. I came in with one of the nastiest sore throats of my life and was in and out in about an hour. The front desk was nice and professional. Doctor MacDonald treats you like a real person (the nurse was also very nice). I took a single dose steroid and am finally able to function normally about six hours later. I came here from Sagle, and it was very much worth the drive. As a new resident, I will be setting up my PCP with Northwest, which happens to be right next door. Will be recommending this urgent care to anyone from now on."
