"Have been a patient for over 10 years. Nothing has changed but randomly the doctor decided to deny my prescription for migraines until I have an exam. So now starts an unbreakable cycle of migraines. I work 6 days a week and saw her 6 months ago. I stead of refilling it one time and saying you need to come in for an appointment. Drs need to think. This could literally cost me my job if I can't work. And once the migraine cycle starts I can't drive so can't even see her. Requested the refill on mo day at 2 am o line. Get told Friday 20 mi uses before they close it was denied. Honestly need to think of the real life consequences before you do these things.kicker I wouldn't have known she denied it because no one called me."
"the sandpoint idaho office and most likely all there offices -manipulation,lies,mind games, civil right violations, even kicking out so called unstable mental health patents from the building that is another civil rights violation. this office is ran by doctors,consellers,med providers and more. that makes them all state officials. being that the building provides health care services to the public and is ran by state officials. there the same category as a hospital MY NAME IS Trevor Roberts OWNER AND OPERATOR OF Sandpoint Mobile Detailing"
"My entire family (4) had been going here for the past few years. My wife and I liked our doctor but we weren't very impressed with the pediatrician our two boys had been seeing. Even with that we weren't that unhappy. Where we ended up drawing the line and switching providers was because of the administrative personnel. The front desk and otherstaff members are very rude and act as if we were an inconvenience. Then we started having problems with them denying prescriptions we have to have because they failed to contact us to ask for follow-up visits. It is extremely frustrating and unprofessional to find out they need to see you again when they refuse to refill your Rx with the pharmacy. It has left us without medication we need on a couple of occasions. You can't typically get an appointment for a couple weeks and they have even refused to refill an Rx once we have scheduled an appointment. We now happily drive 30 minutes each way to our new provider knowing that they will act professionally and we won't (and haven't) had constant issues with them."
"Worst experience I have ever had at a medical facility. The staff were extremely rude the moment I walked in the door. The secretary kept barking at me unnecessarily and then proceeded to whisper not so quietly about me with her coworker. And the rest of the staff covered for them! Ann Cox had never heard of what I had previously been diagnosed with (which is a fairly common thing). She kept trying to find a problem with me and trying to send me to specialists when all I needed was to refill my prescription. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend to anybody."
"DON'T! Went here with post-antibiotic digestive issues (which can be fatal, and at the least extremely uncomfortable), saw Dr. Kelterborn, requested testing, NO FOLLOW UP. 1.5 months later, went over same issues with Anne Cox after 5 months of constant diarrhea: AGAIN, no follow up. Was handed the WRONG PAPERWORK with another patients confidential medical information. Anne Cox is great, the STAFF SUCKS! No idea how to handle paperwork, no idea what they are doing; incapable of following the doctors orders, so NO POINT whatsoever in going there. Their corporate is even WORSE! I called and complained about the downstream failures by staff to complete any of the things ordered by Anne Cox: THEY FILED IT AS A COMPLAINT AGAINST HER! Incompetence top to bottom."
