"St Lukes Pediatric Neurobehavioral Health is a place filled with caring people. The check in staff is helpful and kind. The counselor we use is easy to talk to, a good listener, helpful, and my child enjoys the time. I feel like my child is genuinely cared about by the counselor. Parents are included in treatment decisions, but confidentiality is kept if the child desires and its not a danger."

"Overall the providers here I think genuinely care about their patients. The issue I have is their front office and their procedures. Their scheduling is half clown show and their administration is definitely a myriad of gotchas to force you to have to come in for additional visits just to even transfer to a different provider in the same building."
