"I love Dawn she is always so very helpful and really listens"
"Update: After responding to St. Luke's request for me to contact them on the matter further I spoke to some very helpful people who are sympathetic to what we were experiencing. We did get in for an evaluation and I have to say Monica H. McCullough was amazing. She listened, she really heard me and took into account our individual circumstances. I am added 2 stars bringing my review to 3 stars because the wait and struggle to get in is so frustrating for any parent watching their child struggle. I hope that they can find more providers to better serve the need. 2 years on a wait list is too long. Previous review: My son was placed on the waitlist December 2020. At that time I was told the waitlist would be ~6 months. I call often and the wait keeps going up. I'll be told 1-2 months. Time goes by, I call back in 2 months and I'm told another 2-4 months. Today I was told another 6-9 months bringing us to an estimated 2 year wait. Meanwhile I cannot get any services to help us without a diagnoses. This process is absolutely impossible. There is a new excuse every single time. The amount of support for the parents is zero and I'm desperate for help but I'm told to wait it out and hang in there."
"Everyone in the office is very kind so far that we have met. We do counseling with Colby and he does an amazing job taking care of us, and remembers important things about my son and my family to make us feel important and seen."
"My son saw Dawn Powell recently and she is the absolute best we have ever had. My son has had many doctors, specialist, and surgeons. None have shown the understanding, compassion, and patience as she has. She answers all of my questions and I always leave feeling completely confident. I hope he is lucky enough to have her into adulthood!"
"I was given great service and attention from Dr. Powell- our first apt was 90 min long and she was very detailed and attentive to myself and my 7 year old. She helped us choose a medication that we were comfortable with, a non- stimulant, and scheduled a follow up apt for 3 weeks later. At the follow up we were given her complete attention and adjusted the meds as necessary. I was very impressed with everyone there."
