"Pretty sure nobody at this location knows what “fresco style” means. Y’all need to get it together or remove it as an option. Online, fresco means “no dairy, add tomatoes”. We have received multiple orders where this is NEVER correct. Please, knowledge yourselves on this option so we can stop getting home and throwing away our food."

"I love Taco bell but this location needs to fix their drive thru menu! I had to crank my head to try to see it and even then the words were way too tiny to read. I just turned 30band have perfect vision. I don't know how anyone older or with lower vision can even order. Fix the drive thru menu!"

"The Taco Bell locations in Idaho have to be the worst in the whole country. The Nampa location and now this one in Meridian can not seem to get things right. Two visits in a row I have either gotten the wrong food, instead of a cheesy gordita crunch I got a hard shell taco. Now today instead of spicy ranch in my cheesy gordita crunch I got sour cream and on my order I said no sour cream on anything. This is such a disappointment as I know I'm not the only one having these problems and corporate needs to fix the issues. I do enjoy Taco Bell and just want things done right. The correct food served that is ordered, open during normal business hours. Not out of product when you visit. Simple, simple, simple business things. Sadly it seems the owners and managers of the Taco Bell locations in the valley can not and will not do anything to fix the issues. What a bummer."

"Never have been more disappointed in an order from taco Bell. No lettuce on any of the 3 hard tacos or 1 soft taco. Very little meat/filling in the 3 nacho Doritos tacos. Ordered extra onion on 2 bean burritos and received very little onion with added sour cream on each without asking for it. Not enough cheese sauce for nacho fries. Filled only 1/4 full. The Mexican pizza was not even cut and had tomatoes only on 1/4 of it. Not worth the $24 at all! The quality of the food was very poor. Do better!"
