"This mcdonald’s has friendly staff from what i’ve experienced. Unfortunately the food quality at this location is far below the standard. I ordered a couple burgers 2 weeks ago and then tried again weeks later but had the exact same horrible quality. They tasted like grease and onion and the patties seemed undercooked"

"Close at 11 ha I think not! We pulled up at 10:30pm and nobody would answer us. I even tried to call and everything side door was wide open while employees were standing around just talking. If you close at 11:00 then actually close at 11:00 Don't lie. I've worked fast food for years in fact I've worked at McDonald's and when they say they close at 11:00 they close exactly at 11:00. That McDonald's needs an entirely new stuff especially for nights because if someone is running late to do whatever and need a snack a simple two McChickens and a large fry would do but no you were too lazy to answer your intercom."

"My prior order to this. They left out 20 pieces of chicken nuggets from my order, leaving my 2 kids without dinner! I called the store and let them know. The woman I spoke to told me she would write my information down so I could just pick it up the next time I came by. I specifically asked her to hold so I could get a piece of paper and pen, and she said. Don't worry about it i've written it down. When I went through the drive-thru today. I let them know they were unable to find anything and made me feel like a criminal. The lady on the speaker asked me if I had a receipt. I said no one explained the situation. When I got to the window. They handed me the wrong order. I told them this couldn't be right. They then took the wrong order back from me and again grilled me about the receipt and asked me who I spoke to. I couldn't remember who it was, but I thought their name started with D, and she proceeded to tell me she doesn't have anybody working there that starts with a D. She proceeded to speak to me like a child, saying that in the future, I need a receipt and I need to know who I spoke to. I told her that I did exactly what the woman on the phone told me to do and that they needed to train their employees better. Horrible experience!"
