"I’m having a hard time finding the right description. Everything was delightful and light and delicious. Great play on textures and flavors. Ambience was great. Friendly staff. Definitely will be back to try more. Defining point. Innovative approach with knowledgeable kitchen professionals. Probably best in Spokane has to offer and can rival other modern kitchens. Limited menu, if you are looking for a traditional burger and fries or a healthy portion of meat and potatoes, probably should look elsewhere. Hope to see more from IPK."
