"I called them and asked if I needed an appointment and they told me that first come first serve which was fine with me. I dropped my car off around 1ish and they told me it would be 2 hours since there was two people in front of me and I told them that is okay and I’ll be back in a few hours. I kept checking my update and it still said that it was checked in and no updates. I called at 3:21 and asked if they started my car and told me it will be another hour or two and told me to call back. At 4:21 I called again and told me they are short staffed and the person working on my tire was on break which was at 3:21 when I called so you are telling me worker is on break for 2 hours. I finally got an update they started my car at 4:35. They finished my car at 5:45 so over 4 hours to fix one tire."

"Arrived at 9:15am to get an oil change. I was told there wasn’t any staff and that there were 4 cars ahead of me. There was only one car parked and none in service. Then was told it would be a 3 hour wait and it would be best to go somewhere else. Manager was rude and not willing to help with checking in the car to wait. I was told “maybe return around 11:00am when I can get help in. But I can’t guarantee you a spot.” Staffing issues seems to be a trend here. It may have to do with how management talks to people."

"Called ask if i could make a appointment .was told no it was first come first serve. Showed up was told I would have a 2 plus hour wait as they had appointments ahead of me. I walked out. Won't be back drove from liberal to get tires as they were not able to take care of us at liberal"

"$50 oil change and the didn't 1. Reset my oil reminder 2. Fill my tires to specifications, 3. Refill my fluids 4. No new sticker on my window indicating next oil change time.5. Sweep the carpet. All of which my reciept says they did. I wonder if they changed my oil"

"I was there for nearly 2 hours waiting for an oil change. There was only one car ahead of me and there was three or four people gathered around my car. that is ridiculous for an oil change highly recommend going somewhere else unless you have 2 hours to waste and that's not even the longest I've waited before.. I haven't checked it yet to make sure all the Caps are on but that's something you need to make sure of too cuz they tend not to put everything back"
