"We have 3 children that attend Tendercare, the oldest being almost 8 and he started going there when he was 6 months old. We have nothing but positive things to say about the center. They have a caring owner with great friendly staff. Their pre-k program is excellent and the summer program for older kids is fun as they do different daily activities. They are able to pick our kids up from their elementary school. And do there best to accommodate our sometimes changing schedules. We love Tendercare and trust them completely with the care of our children."

"I wish I could say that this was the perfect daycare with zero issues. But, that doesn't exist. What I can say is ANY issue big or small has been handled immediately, effecitvely, and beyond my expectations and never repeated. The staff and owner take their jobs very seriously and are honored to be trusted with other peoples children and they know what that trust means. I would 10/10 recommned every time. Some other reviews are talking about health issues, if they're not caught by the parent they get introduced into the facility that can only be prevented from parents. I know some mornings I only spend 10 minutes with my kids before dropping them off at 6am and have missed some key signs or they haven't popped up until later in the day. The staff monitors closely and communicates issues immediately to parents when health issues become a concern. All of my childrens needs have been met and accomodated with different health issues for both of my children, as well as some emotional issues that we were having. Again, each issue is addressed as if the staff is not only my kids' mama bear but mine as well, they fight for ME and my chidlren to make sure we are satisfied. Again, there are no perfect daycares but with good communication this one is as close as it can get. And they can't fix issues they are unaware of. I have also been apart of this facility for 3 years."

"It doesn’t appear like anyone there actually knows what’s going. A couple weeks ago they told me that there was openings and someone was supposed to call me to talk me through the Enrollment process. Every time I called they told me she was on the phone or she was in the bathroom I was informed six different times that she would call me right back. I finally talked to Assistant directed her and she was very rude. When I told her that they already told me that there was a couple openings and that they would go through the enrollment process with me she told me they’re just the teachers they don’t know anything."

"If I could give less than one star I would. My family has taken the quarantine over the past year very seriously, since I work in health care so my children do not go anywhere except my home And daycare we also have not been allowing visitors into our home. So since my children have gotten lice 4 times within the last year from this daycare is not okay! Especially when they said our kids were the only ones with an issue I know this is a lie! And the lack of professionalism surrounding all 4 situations was ridiculous!"

"Do not go to this daycare!!! They have very poor health practices. They consistently have lice sickness and other issues. They fail to tell other parents that there are health concerns in the building. They will always act if your kid is patient zero. Their staff is rude and will lie strait to your face about a situation you are concerned with."
