"Urgent care was busy at opening, 8 people in line in front of me but that's expected! I usually go for labs here and it's often busy also. I visited cardiology last week and they were quick and efficient and Dr Lee was impressive wth what she knew about my issues and made me comfortable talking wth her! I recommend Providence Medical Building for many of your needs!"

"I've been taking regular physical therapy for my back and shoulder and have had three different therapists. All are friendly informative and careful not to overwork me or cause unnecessary pain. The desk staff has been very helpful in making the 14 appointments I require and quickly got to know my face at check in making me feel welcome and respected. Even when the waiting room is packed my therapy always starts and ends on time with no unnecessary waiting. That's a rare find in anything medical these days. Yesterday I had an EKG done in the cardiology clinic and I was taken back 10 minutes early and finished in under half an hour. Providence is running a tight and efficient ship over there."

"The staff is good and the appointments are very efficient. I had no problem with the actual visit portions of my time here but that's the only good thing about going here. What really misses the mark is the billing department for me. I've had so many problems with their billing, that I am establishing care elsewhere. They have incorrectly billed insurance many times and recently they billed me $260 extra because I mentioned I have stomach aches during my wellness visit when the doctor asked if there were any issues. We talked about the issue for less than 1 minute about something I could have googled... In what world can you not be truthful to your doctor on simple issues without being billed crazy amounts?? Whenever I try to get a hold of the billing department, I have to call the national call center, wait for a long time, and no one has any idea what's going on and it takes months to resolve my billing issue; many of which just ended up not getting resolved and I got so fed up, that just paying the incorrect bill was worth more than fighting with them for months. My advice: go to a small practice where the staff and billing department actually care about you and skip this big wig corporation that just wants to suck you dry of all your money."

"My doctor is T. freeman. I was seen last month. He was able to get me to be seen with a dermatologist (my second opinion appointment), otherwise I’d be waiting u til January of next year. He actually cares for his patients, made the call and I was able to be seen with a cancellation from a dermatologist the next day.
