No contact from the shop during the duration of the repairs, and they did not follow through on the original estimate, cutting corners while all along blaming the delays on my insurance company. Staff was rude and condescending in their response to my initial concerns."

When I called and explained to Julie that I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a windshield, she told me maybe I should go somewhere else since they won’t call me back. Sent email to Dan no response. They used to be much more responsive"

"After Autocraft lost our car for a week, was back logged on loaner vehicles for 3 weeks, and had the worst communication/customer service ever, I was in tears when I called Krammerer. They not only set up a tow to bring over the car over (after we finally found it), they provided a loaner car immediately and had my car finished within a week. They showed amazing communication with status updates on my repairs and compassion for my situation.
