They claimed they quoted her 2 prices and that she agreed to the more expensive option, and I also agreed when i dropped the vehicle off. Both these claims were false. She was only ever told 1 price, and all i said when i dropped the vehicle off was that my wife had set up a reservation. The job they did was thorough, but the bill being so much higher than we originally expected is a deal breaker for us."
