"Went in for an alignment and they flattened my cam tabs. Lisa was not only charging additional for their mistake, but refused additional service after expressing concerns on replacing bolts after multiple attempts of tightening/loosening the cam bolts using an impact gun. She told me to go somewhere else to get it done, as I would not be happy with what they would do. The alignment technician was very nice, but unfortunately it’s out of his control. Do NOT go here if you drive a newer vehicle as it seems like they do not warrant their work. Pay the extra money to go somewhere that will cover their mistake in the event something goes wrong."
