I am a car guy and do a lot of my own work, but as I get older, I find using a decent shop is well worth the cost. I knew what I needed and wanted and they did not try to upsell me or deceive me. I even asked about something and they told me not to worry about it. All work comes with a 24k mile and 24 month guarantee and they seemed genuinely happy to have me as a customer. "A great shop that truly cares about their customers and treats them with dignity and honesty. When they found additional faults with my X5, Maurice took the time along with his mechanic to show them to me. The care and patience he took in explaining everything made me feel like a valued customer. Most shops take advantage of their customer and nickel and dime everyone but I never felt that was the case with Bavarian automotive. Only issue I had was making an online appointment. I never received a confirmation email or even a call. I had to reach out to them to confirmed, wich I feel should not happen. With that said, I think they are just busy and may have made a mistake. I will be going back for all future maintenance. I highly recommend anyone with a BMW to give them a go.
