"I had some repairs done to my truck recently. It was more expensive than I expected, but I feel like I was dealt with honestly and they did the work as promised and it was done when they said it would be. I asked for them to look at the brakes and were told the brakes were good. To me that shows honesty. They were also the only shop I called that actually answered their phone. I will use them again."

"I found the staff to be very friendly. I took my vehicle in to have the brake system bleed. Two weeks later and a six hundred plus repair bill,I get it back. I am still unhappy with the brake operation. I feel they preformed some unnecessary repairs. I ask them to check out another problem. I was told my wheel bearing was bad and needed replaced for additional 500+ dollars. That was in addition to an additional $2000 in suggested repairs. I checked out the vehicle myself and found the nuts holding the wheel bearings in place had been loosened and the wheel lug nuts were not tight. This could have caused an accident, if went unchecked. Upon pick of my vehicle, I inform them that I didn't like the feel of the brakes. The manager drove it around the building and informed me the brakes stopped the vehicle, what more could I ask for. I am still looking for a reliable source of service for my vehicles. Oh, by the way the noise, I ask them to check out was caused by defective brake pad. I don't think quality car care is place of service for me."
