Covid19 slowed the process but my better half was out of town for 2.5 months anyway. Bike went down on the left, and he STILL did what he could for the right side. Was concerned about preexisting damage, and warned us about the dealor. (We were aware, but it's the thought that counts) Was willing to work with us when it came time for pickup. (Better half was still out of town) 20/10 will ALWAYS reccomend this location to anyone looking for cosmetic work, overhaul, or any type of cycle work. Icing on the cake? He warned me that this engine was rather large for a new rider. That showed empathy and compassion. To the d.canoe that gave him a one star rating for moving locations.... wow. This business is moving on up in the world. Don't fault him for that. Again, 20/10 will reccomend this location. VETERAN OWNED AND OPERATED."
