"Will never go back. I was owed $60 back from drop off. However they said it's my job to contact them to check and see if my bike is done. They sent me a bill on how much I owe for abandonment fees. They said they have tried to call when it was done. However whoever put the my number in that shown on the paperwork was wrong by one number. Which I don't understand because we all verified all correct information at the beginning and with manufacturer warranty ticket. So whoever in the office messed up my number to try an contact me was in the wrong. An as a business owner you do not tell your customers it's our responsibility to check in with the company to see if they are done. That's your job to contact the customer and update them as needed. (That's like Midas saying it's my job to see if they are done with my car.. No it's never the customers job to harass a company to see what's going on and when it's going to be done. ) Phone records are pulled an logged an shows we contacted them and was told they was waiting on payment from the warranty side, the bike is done but cannot pick it up till the payment is done. Ok no problem. We was never told that the payment ever went through. So we got the bike never paid the abandonment fees, however the $60 we was told we would get back once the warranty was approved we never got back. An denied us the money when it was rightfully ours. That's ok keep the money you'll never have my business again."

"Month ago I was taking a trip. Thought my truck needed attention in the trailer plug area since brakes worked, blinkers worked but running lights were out. Brought it to Trailers and More. Turns out was a simple fuse. Easy fix for those that know. Owner told me what fuse to replace and on the road I was. Now I am taking advantage of the winter special"

Chris replaced the surge brake coupler on my boat trailer. It looks better than new. Only down side is now the whole trailer needs refreshed to match their work."

"We were not one of the customers that had a good experience with Trailers n Moore. We chose this company because they are “ Family Owned” and we support small business. We knew we would have a 3 week wait. But after 3 weeks we had not heard anything so we stopped by to inquire on an updated estimated time. The lady at the front desk was very rude and told us they were waiting on the part from John Deere and we were at the mercy of John Deere. (We came home called two other shops, they both had the part.) on the day we were at the shop the lawn mower was setting out in the lot without a cover and it was raining. Maybe this is common? Also she told us more than once they had been closed for the last four days due to the 4th of July holiday. Our estimated cost kept changing. It started at $430. And by the time we got it back the total was $600. The next day after we were in the shop they called and said the mower was ready, and told us of the 200.00 increase. I have used the mower 2 times since getting it back. It is now setting in my garage, leaking oil it will not run."
