"If I could give a zero I would! Car broke down and was stuck on an off ramp which is so dangerous, waited over an hour just to be told by the driver he doesn’t want to change the tire since a stud is broken but I can call back for a tow or a different company to change it through AAA but wanted signatures and vin numbers/ car info just to come out. We sat in the cold and in a dangerous situation for well over an hour. SMH We never received a confirmation call from you or them, I didn’t say you were over on you eta just stated the fact of how long we have been sitting in this dangerous position and now waiting for another tow truck to assist us from the off ramp!"
