"Not very customer friendly!!! Appointment set at 3 for the past 6 months, arrived 2:45. 3 ppl came after me and was seen immediately but we waited 20 additional minutes. Tried to reschedule but told me I would be charged $75. Ended up staying to get this finished and it was just a cleaning. Wth? Will not be going back!!!!"

"Lance Anderson was my dentist. Made appointment with him and they were to file with my insurance company on work that was needed. . I waited for 2-3 weeks. I received a letter from insurance where the insurance had sent correspondence to the dentist office for addl information. The dentist office hadn’t responded. I call the dentist office and asked about it and they point back to BCBS. So I called BCBS & said they would call the dentist office. The dentist office did not file what was requested. They lied to me blaming my insurance. Never heard back from Lance Anderson DDS office. Weird people. Im seeing another dentist."
