"Terrible, rude “manager”, extremely poor ability to communicate. Because of this horrific manager, Verizon can thank her for losing us as 20+ year customers of theirs with a half dozen different lines with them. One of worst “customer service” experiences we have ever had. She in essence said she cannot rectify a billing error that this exact Meridian store was responsible for and that it could only be done by phone. Now this was only after making me explain my issue at least 6 times to another employee while they pretend to talk it over over the span of 90 minutes. Now anyone with half a brain knows that managers have the ability to credit customers menial amounts of money (less than $100) as need be. Hey Verizon, I hope you appreciate this “manager” of yours trying to save you all $100 but in the end it will cost Verizon about $5000/year say over 20+ years, this will amount to $100,000. I hope you take it out of her pay lol. I will also send this review and my frustration to the corporate office."
"Update: 0ct 16, 2023 I had to go back to the store! Zero for terrible behavior again!!! I spent hours in the store last week, added a couple more lines, and met some very nice and kind people. One of my employees could not get the phone working. So I was told to send them in, and they would take care of him. My employee stands up front for 20 minutes... some young guy comes up to him and tells him he can not help him. I asked him to ask for the manager. This woman gets on with me and is unbelievable. Rude, snarky, and not ok. I told her I didn't appreciate it and she says "sorry I care about your account secure" then hands the phone over to my employee and says she will not be talking to me because I was rude. I have 13 lines. I told her I may cancel them and she didn't care. I told her I wanted to talk to her manager, and she said she was the manager and did not care. I asked if she had a boss, and she said he is gone and i have done nothing. I told her i recorded the conversation, and she didn't like that. I did not swear, I was direct, I asked for good service... but it didn't matter. What is the point of giving google reviews when it means nothing? This store has had issues, major ones. I called the 1-800 number, and it took a lady from another country to be nice and appreciate my business. I left her a great reveiw. Previous experience: Terrible experience. The young guy upfront was rude. The manager stepped in and helped. I have a business account and had an issue with 1 of 11 phones. Spent hours and hours on customer service. Asked by customer service to go into the store. They couldn't offer any help either. Had to call customer services again just to have them send the wrong phone twice, and it took over a week to resolve. The manager at the store only had the solution to sell me another phone for cash price. The manager did well, but the employee that greater was snarky and made comments behind my back, making other employees laugh. I was walking off until the manager stepped in. He gets a 5,but the store gets a 1."
