"My husband and I very disappointed in the service. We were under the impression that we had another oil change free, after they change the oil they tell us it’s not covered. We also paid for a new air filter, after we got home we checked and it turns out they didn’t change the air filter. We are extremely disappointed in their service and will NOT be buying from Lewis Toyota again."

"Awesome experience with Erika Tamayo here! We were looking for Rav4 that has proven difficult to find! She had awesome communication, got us all the details we needed and ensured everything was a quick, easy, painless process! Thank you so much for all the help Erika ! I wish all car sellers operated exactly like you ! Lewis Toyota is lucky to have you as an employee!"
"Took my truck for routine maintenance transmission oil change and spark plugs. I was told it’d only take a couple hours to but ended up taking 7 hours. When I called to ask what was taking so long they stated they had an issue with the truck but it wasn’t serious. After driving my truck for less than 50 miles I noticed that my transmission was running very hot (235°) the normal temperature range before was 190°. I got out and seen an oil drip from my transmission pan. I was able to bring my truck back to them for an inspection to see the issue. They stated that they had nothing to do with the transmission running hot or the leak after they worked on it. Refused to Service my truck in their shop and was told to take it to another dealership."
