"I paid them $550 to create custody modification paperwork. 3 weeks have gone by and I have yet to receive any paperwork. I hired them to help me fill out the paperwork correctly. I have received one email in 3 weeks. Still no paperwork. There Lack of communication is unprofessional. It takes 20 minutes for a paralegal to type up that kind of paperwork. I'm sure they'll have some sort of excuse like I didn't fill out my questionnaire correctly. But that's what I'm paying them for is to help me fill out that paperwork. so if there's a problem with the paperwork isn't that their job."

"Save your money go elsewhere! I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money. All I paid for was mistakes and attitude! Getting someone to answer the phone to begin with was horrible and they must use cheap services because I could NEVER hear the lady on the phone! When I did get ahold of her to ask questions she couldnt answer any because she couldnt find my information! I arrived to MY appointment thinking I would get full assistance! NOPE, she chatted up my boyfriend talked about her side business and would barely answer my questions. Rushed me through the WHOLE process! After catching a mistake she made me feel bad about it! Mind you this was a mistake that should not have been made as a legal sevice! I would say they need to work on their customer service to start! Maybe the rest will fall into place for this unfortunate business!"

"I went in seeking temporary guardianship forms for my adult son. Somehow they completed permanent guardianship forms and did not complete the temporary guardianship. I was informed by the court clerk I was missing paperwork. When I called the canyon legal forms they argued they had completed the correct forms. Then they tell me they were not sure how long it would take to give me the correct ones. They also failed to let me know I needed to have the forms served. Anyhow, they lack knowledge on the correct forms to complete and should not be doing this. Do not use this place for court forms seek legal advice."
