"We have been very pleased with the selection as well as the management. We did have a problem once when an employee sold us the wrong vape device, and would not take the return within 2 minutes of paying for it. When we were able to talk to management a couple of days later he offered us a full refund. I do want people to know, read the package thoroughly of what you're purchasing before opening it. The manager is the only person who can exchange or refund your purchase once it's been opened. My husband wanted to purchase a SMOK ProPod as a gift for me. The kid who worked there sold him a SMOK Novo 2. My husband was NOT happy when he looked inside the package. My husband therefore tried to return it but was unable."
