"This place has gotten worse and worse over the past few years. If you have an urgent care need, plan to wait in their lobby for 1 or more hours while they take care of others who arrive after you. If you think making an appointment is the way to go, just try getting them on the phone, it is near impossible without waiting on hold for 30 plus minutes. They are understaffed, and the ladies at the front of the facility are very cold, have no compassion, and act as if they are just there to collect a paycheck. After coming here for a while now, I will be looking for a new doctors office as this place has gone from good to bad, much like Meridian itself."

"My husband went in this morning considering that his throat and cough have been around for a week going on two. Decided to go into primary health. As my husband’s gets into the exam room the doctor comes in and asks whats going on. He then tells the doctor what symptoms he has and the doctor didn’t run any kind of tests nor look at my husband’s throat, lungs, ears ect. The doctor said it’s probably nothing and that it’s not contagious. That it will be fine. Well that was not an okay answer for us. We decided to go to another urgent care and my husband has a sever sinus infection and needs antibiotics and other medicine to help. Those doctors at the other clinic were so caring and actually wanted to help. This could have turned into something completely worse and deadly. That doctor should not be a doctor there nor have the license to practice that doctor did not care whatsoever and only cared about the paycheck and not his patients."

"As a long-time patient at Primary Health, I have always been very pleased with providers, staff, and the high quality of care I have received. And my recent visit was no exception. But I was disappointed to find out the NW 1st St clinic in Meridian isn't open on weekends any more."
