"The front desk lady Becky should be fired. They need to train there staff on how to greet and treat patients completely unprofessional. My husband was non stop throwing up and she told me unless I gave permission to be on directory I could come in with him. When a patient is sick do you think it's OK to harass his wife and him. Train your people better fire Becky or train her properly she should be on at the front desk no people skills."
"This ER is trash, they should let people know that they are full, and if they wish to wait. Instead they don't say anything to make a buck. Be considerate and give people a heads up."
"Was taken to the ER and very attentive staff at this facility. The Nurse, Doctor and other staff were quick to respond, communicate and gave follow up instructions. Everything was very clean."
"To start off, the parking lot is large, spacious and well designed. The building is beautifully designed. When you walk in to the emergency area, the emergency receptionist is barely friendly, but that’s ok because once you convince her to let you in through those double doors… it’s a different world. Everyone back there is very friendly except for the old guy that does the laundry. If you say hi to him, he will ignore you. I was visiting someone who was about to have surgery. The nurses were very friendly and the anesthesiologist was kinda nice. The surgeon…was awesome! He was very attentive, friendly, hospitable and assuring. He performed a gall bladder removal about as fast as I can do an oil change! He even offered us a variety of drinks and snacks and showed us the way to the waiting room (after we finish drinking and snacking). The surgeon was a humorous man and a complete gentleman at the same time. If I get his name later, I will mention him here, because he deserves the honor to be in this review. After the surgery was done, the surgeon went and found us to fill us in on the details and patiently answer any questions. This guy is a pro at what he does. We went downstairs and walked around. The hospital looked terribly understaffed. A closed gift shop with VERY limited hours and days stood there in front of an empty reception desk. There were a few other reception desks…all empty. Down the hall was the cafeteria. Yes, it was minimally staffed…but the older women who was working the grill was a very kind lady that made me an outstanding fried chicken sandwich with fries at an outstanding price! Overall, it was a good experience and I would totally go eat at that cafeteria instead of many other restaurants that I usually go to. And if I ever need a surgeon, I would definitely go find that guy too."
"Went to the ER the female check in nurse would not push patient, instead the person with them who had a SD had to push the patient to the room. Once got to room there was no seating for the disabled person with the SD and nurse would not get anything and left them standing. While waiting notice the room was not cleaned prior to placing a new patient in the room. There where dust bunnies all over along the wall, blood spots on the floor, plastic cap from needle, trash on the floor, bed had blood spots on it dust areas and residue from something else. The only thing good experience was the dr was professional and nice and the 2nd male nurse was nice and helpful and prompt"
