"Cloud berry. A flavor they’ve produced and sold since they opened. The last 6 months they have had “problems with the manufacturer” making the flavor so gross. It’s menthol watermelon. No other flavors are bad. Just the main most popular one. They keep lying saying it’s better now but the juice is thick, yellow and tastes like menthol watermelon trash. Actually. Next to the others it looks very YELLOW. And they’ll lie and tell you it’s from steeping but I’ve had bottles sit for years and not turn yellow. I’m disappointed that I’ve spoken to management multiple times they said they pulled the bad product but yesterday at Pines they lied to me and sold me the icky messed up one again! When I immediately told them they did not offer a refund. They don’t know what’s in their product which is terrifying. I’m a 10 year customer and I have never had bad experiences there until now. I had full trust in their product as has always been the best and cleanest one out there. It seems like such an easy fix I really don’t understand. The staff is so nice and usually accommodating and I hate to do this but I’ve wasted now well over 100$ and I don’t want anyone else to go through that."

"The old lady with the badly done blonde highlights is exceptioanlly rude. She has the tact you expect from a typical Karen, and acts like she knows everything. I'm suprised she even allowed to show up for work. I will not be visiting this location again."

"I like this company and shop at all locations but this location is the worst imo. Especially after yesterday. There is one employee that always seems bothered to help or has a bad attitude. Maybe it's because I'm a white guy but being toxic doesn't help a business. I don't like feeling judgement. This same person told me months ago they were going to stop carrying my preferred liquid and it's been months with it still on the shelf. They even insisted that they knew what they were talking about even when I knew that wasn't the case. I don't know what her problem is but I never feel comfortable around her"
