"Great place, great tools, but staff is never really 100% sure about products or even what they do, so it's hard to get help unless you're just asking for a general location. Nothing against staff, they're nice enough people, just not extremely knowledgeable about products Edit: April 2019, I'm changing my 3 star review to 5. There are a few salespeople (namely Robert!) Who just go above and beyond to try to help you with whatever they can. I go to Sally's pretty much weekly or biweekly at this point and haven't had any sort of problem in a long, long time."
