"Yes she’s a very nice lady and has done my hair cuts in the past and usually leaves me with a smile on my face. Except this last time i went. She left my hair all choppy at the ends, looking like layers, and I didn’t even ask for layers. And the length is very uneven because of the choppy ends. She does a good job but just saying I was not impressed this time I went."
