"I rolled in with a problem. My muffler had rusted out at the bottom, and failed. It was close to closing time. I'd called earlier and they knew I was coming. The parts were ready, laid out and waiting. Thet offered me THREE different choices as to pipe and muffler combinations. The mechanic tackled the job immediately and finished promptly, work well done. The price was reasonable. I went on my way, the entire thing costing me only a bit more than an hour. The point of this story? My three year over the road on-time delivery record remains unblemished, thanks specifically to the work ethic and dedication of the people here. They take pride and it shows. Next time, when I'm not in such a rush, I'll be able to look over some of the nice stuff they have in stock. Looking forward to that."
