"Thanks Brian and team! I was on a cross country road trip when the oil pressure sensor failed in my truck. Brian was super helpful, and while he had the parts and tools for me to make the fix and offered to help, it was too hard to reach in the back of the engine block, so he recommended a local mechanic: Ben Hopper. I followed Brian over to Ben's shop on a parts delivery, he put a word in for me and I was back on the road in about an hour. Excellent hometown service for the weary travelers on I-70, thanks guys!"

"I was on a cross country trek from Savannah, GA to Denver, CO when the AC compressor blew in my 07 Jeep. The bearings were shot and I had to find a place quickly and within reasonable distance to get it fixed and back on the road. The O'Reilly's in Colby, KS was only an hour away so I called them up asking them if they had the parts I needed. They said they did and off I went hoping I would make it. It was extremally hot out and I had my dog with me. When I pulled in an hour later I was hot, miserable, and tired. They allowed me to bring my pup into the store to cool down a bit while we looked for the parts. I able to get only 1 of the 2 parts I needed so I had to improvise and bypass the AC compressor which means I needed a shorter belt. Austin spent more than an hour assisting me and after what felt like an eternity in a town I didn't know we got it back up and running. I can't thank the crew enough for helping out a complete stranger and their dog to get back on the road."
