"VERY disappointed with Ford on this one. As if traveling to Colorado from Kansas during a strong dust storm isn't nerve wrecking enough, an unusual instrument light notification appeared on our 2022 Ford Explorer, so we relied on our Ford App to search for an Authorized Ford dealer and was directed to Tubbs & Sons approximately half an hour away from our current location. Glad to have arrived safe and sound, to what we thought was safety, only to be turned away with the statement, "we don't have anyone here that can assist you". I was flabbergasted that an authorized Ford dealer with a visible staff of (at least) 6-7 men in service attire, midday Friday, could not EVEN take the time to walk out to our vehicle and just glance at it! This is a regular trip that we will be making to visit my, soon to be, first Grandchild so we are contemplating on purchasing another brand of vehicle that will: A) not leave us stranded and, B) hire a better team of customer service agents that care and support their brand or at the very least be trained to correct issues that may arise with their vehicles. An employee attempting to locate the issue would have been much better customer service, than a group of employees just turning away customers without empathy or even curiosity as to why we were experiencing this issue."
