"My review is for the service center/department. I have bought tires and had my vehicles in this shop numerous times over the last 7-8 years. The service was good back in the day, but it has definitely gone downhill. The quality of service might be better if you have purchased a vehicle from them, but I would not bet on that. This shop is like many though, instead of taking the time to try and diagnose a problem, they just suggest you change this or that. If you are not concerned with what it is going to cost, and you are okay with them not fixing something the first time around, this is your place. Once again, this review is strictly for the service department."

"I bought a car from them. I traveled from Florida to get it from Ghumm's because they offered the car with all bells and whistles at a great price. Te documents were ready when I arrived. I signed the papers, started the engine, and drove to the Bonnie and Clyde Bar for a complimentary dinner from Ghumm's. Great service. I spent less than ten minutes in the office. It was three years ago. I'm still enjoying the car I bought from them."

"I was half way between home, MN and my destination, NM. When the deep rain gutters in this city which were unmarked ( by the way) jumped up and destroyed my car. But a manager/ mechanic from Ghumm's drove out of his way after hours, to take a look at my car and enabled it to be driven to a hotel for a night and gave instructions to get it fixed at his shop. It took a day to get the part shipped in and the next day we were on the road with in a couple of hours. This route that Google maps gave us was not only slower due to poor road conditions, but having to go through small towns, and confusing directions was the pits. Next time I will travel the interstate only. You may have to go out of the seemingly shorter distance way, but you won't be be left out in the boonies with a damaged vehicle."
