"Sadly, since I've moved to Idaho, I've noticed that the meaning of good customer service is not the same here that it is elsewhere. Nowhere is this more true than at this Walgreens. The staff drops profanity in front of customer like it's normal, they have no concept of providing excellence in service, and refuse to make right an issue if it falls outside their rigid return policy. What happened to making a customer satisfied. I will no longer give Walgreens my business."
"False advertising with their yellow posted prices. You have to be a rewards member to get any discount. The discounts prices are not really discounts. Pharmacy also lied to me when I asked for a specific manufacturer. Save a lot of money and shop at Walmart. Let’s put these jokers out of business."
"The staff at the pharmacy here are awesome, I remembered last minute before a trip that I needed some at home Covid tests so I ran into this Walgreens. They didn’t have any in stock but the man behind the counter called around to all the other stores near me until he found some and put them on hold for me. When I got to the other store they had the tests ready and waiting for me! Awesome service and a big help to me!"

"I have been using this pharmacy for a year for my Ty.2 Diabetes supplies. They listen to the insurance company over my doctors, they short me on my pills sometimes, and they often leave things out that I need making another trip necessary. They overcharged me for insulin, and they make me come back 1/2 hour later to pick up my order instead of serving me right away every single time. They are still better than Walmart but not by much."
