"They are fast and friendly there. But I would not recommend going there for an ultrasound for pregnancy. We didn't get any good pictures, and it seemed like they didn't really try to get any good ones for us. I understand they need to get the medical purpose shots, but it was quite disappointing compared to my first pregnancy."
"Bush league. Wasn't allowed to see my imagining when I was done because of other patients' info on the screen. The place I had been to previously must have spent the big bucks to get a program that allows you to minimize a page. The MRI did seem to go pretty quickly though."
"They have the worst customer service and patient care. The inland imaging at the desmet Court is horrible and rude. Say and waited over an hour after being told 20-25 mins. And when I asked about it I was told well sorry can't help it our contract is with urgent care. What about all your other patients. Rude and will avoid then at all costs."
"I am deaf and I expect a clinic to be able to understand that . First to meet covid greeter, snapped at me pushed paper of symptoms into my face and I said no nothing, need to go to lab, ok past her to lab encounter mask receptionist told her I hear nothing with her mask on. She kept talking, I stood there, she did not get it Finally got her to understand as I just repeated 3times why I was there. The dexa scan lady took mask down enough for me to get it Needless to say it was not good experience"
"Technician came in did not greet my girlfriend, or me. Made me feel uncomfortable by being non-personal. Wouldn't recommend this place again, and if given the option in the rest of the pregnancy, I would rather go some other place. Getting an extra star because they were quick."
