"We recently had a car issue that we decided not to fix, but were worried it was going to be painful, annoying, and stressful to find a new car and get financed. This is the first time we have been to Knudtsen and everything I've heard my whole life living in the area (43 years) was true. This dealer is TOP NOTCH, we put in an info request on a car and were invited in to look and talk, we had no faith that we would be going home in something we wanted. We figured our credit would be only good enough for something that moves. AMANDA A. is awesome, she text me over and over to coordinate and ask questions, she set up a meeting with me, and they even had a coffee waiting. My wife and I came in expecting to leave in something we were settling for but were assured that our credit and income were sufficient to get nearly anything we would want. Initially, we went in for a 2016 Nissan Versa, but left with a 2022 Subaru Forester. It is the nicest car we have ever owned and the safest. We thought we would have to settle, but we left with an amazing sense of comfort and security. When my wife saw it, she gasped because it was what she always wanted. Getting approved was only painful because I kept thinking it was going to go poorly, but it did not. We were in and out of the dealership in 2 hours with our new car. I will never buy a car anywhere else, and hope to not have to buy one from anyone else. Knudtsen & Amanda, you have no idea what you've done for my family.
