"I was thinking about getting a membership, stopped by to check it out. Opened the door and got punched in the face with a mold smell and turned back around. Why would people think breathing in mold is healthy. Zero stars"

"Why do they say they have a hot tub when it is just a Japanese foot bath. Everything in lockerroom is filthy No soap in shower stall."

"Mold on towels they expected us to pay for. Rude and sexist employees who just hit on young men and women who walk in and judge and body shame any body else. I’d never feel safe letting my child be anywhere near this business, especially with how filthy it is and they expect people to use their hot tub and machines when they’re dusty moldy and haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Asked about a moody towel and the man told me to clean it myself or cancel my membership. How are they still open???"

"This is probably the grossest gym I’ve ever seen. Did a walk through because I heard so many good reviews from people who worked there only to find rotten smelling towels and dust and sticky residue and literal hair and skin flakes around machines. They had ladies on their phones just lounging around. And they were so rude and unwelcoming to the older ladies walking in, they only cared about the young men. I’m not sure how a business can conduct itself this way. I have not stopped telling people how disgusting it is in that place. You’re bound to get some sort of fungal disease just touching something. I hope they can find staff and management that will clean properly and to a health and safety standard. Until then it needs shut down."
