"Dr. Megan Hall is wonderful. I had my children's yearly wellness check recently. Dr. Hall answered all of our questions clearly. She has a great rapport with the children. She shows empathy when discussing difficult subjects, with me and the children. It is evident that she cares for her patients, and that's what you hope to find in a medical provider. The drive to Liberty Lake is a bit far for us, and the clinic's phone system is frustrating to navigate when you have a question. I've also had a bit of trouble coordinating some referrals that Dr. Hall's office had submitted to the wrong clinic. But while the clinic has different areas that they can improve on, Dr. Hall herself is an excellent medical provider and worth the occasional clerical hassle."

"Megan was very friendly and engaging. She was so loving and caring with my baby. You can tell she enjoys babies (children) and what she does. Very thorough and happy. Set up another well child visit to see her again. I had a question after the appt that I messaged through my chart, regarding my baby; she got back to me right away and was very complete in her answer. Even extended an invitation to call and chat with her if it wasn't thoroughly answered. Really was happy with our care and her demeanor. Thank you Megan."
