Casey's

"My dad and me have bought pizza many times over the years from this Casey's and there has never been a problem until about two months ago. I order a large supreme pizza from them and when I got the pizza home I notice it had hardly any toppings on it and it pretty much had no meat on the pizza to it was more like a cheese pizza. I called the store and I asked for a manager and I was told the manger was not available and if I would give them my phone number they would call me back the next day and make things right. The next day came around and no manager never called me back. I also received a email from Casey's wanting me to fill out a survey about my experience with this Casey's and I filled out the survey and told them about my problem with my pizza and nobody ever returned my email. My dad and me weren't going to order pizza from Casey's again but today we decided it's been two months since we order the last pizza so we decided to give this Casey's one more try. So I ordered a large supreme pizza again and when I got the pizza home I notice again there was hardly any toppings or meat on the pizza and the pizza was also real greasy to and once again it was more like cheese pizza. So I called Casey's corporate office this afternoon and told them about the problem that I had with this store and also told them about my problem with my pizza two months ago and also told them about my problem had with my pizza tonightto. I told them if this keeps this up there going to go out of business. The corporate office told me there were going to put free pizza in my rewards and they would have the district manager retrain there employee's which I find this hard to believe because they didn't make it right the first time when I had a problem with my pizza two months ago. I gave them a second chance and I got burnt again by a horrible pizza. So after talking to my dad tonight we both decided were not going to give Casey's a third chance and we're no longer are going to order pizza from Casey's we're going to start ordering pizza from Papa John's from now on."

"They are pretty bad at this Casey’s. Never have anything stocked such as tobacco products, drinks, pizza on rack. They also have given our pizza away a couple of time. All in all drive another mile to the next one you will be better off."

"At this gas station, there is limited edition Mountain Dew Overdrive for Summer 2023. Get it while it lasts. Also, this store boasts a large selection of chips, pretzels, drinks, etc… and employees are always friendly here. Although not as good on gas as Jumpstart, Casey’s is a great gas station as well. Needs some electric charging ports though for electric cars…Come give Casey’s your time—they will appreciate it."

"The employees are more concerned with talking to each other instead of helping customers. No greeting or anything they just kept their conversation going even while standing at the counter with the item I wanted to purchase.They don't ask if you have Casey rewards (yet they can just talk to each other) or if you would like a receipt. When I asked for the receipt the cashier grunts as if I was messing up her personal time. Then in a demeaning way they both want to yell Have a Great Day as i am leaving. IMO Casey's should fire every employee to include management at this store and start all over (Bring in a good Management Team and Employees that can and will do the job to the standards i see at almost every other Casey’s) or just shut this location down. Locations like this is why I would rather go to QT than to Casey’s. 2:10 pm on June 18th 2023."
