"Every single time I’m here I get screwed in some way. This time, sat in a door for 2.5 hours no movement or change of light to red. Went in to check and ask if maybe my truck got forgotten about, was told no, just been super busy(that’s a lie quieter here tonight than any other time I’ve been here of the 10x been here in 2 years) so I decided since I was going to be here for several hours more, I’d go lay down and try to get some sleep. No sooner than I get settled and they start unloading me. Now been waiting nearly 30 min for text to pick up paperwork."
"Decent place to drop a load. Gate staff very friendly, fast easy check in plenty of room to park. There's overnight parking right outside the gate and a truck stop right outside the entrance"
"They unloaded and loaded fairly quick. nothing more than 4 hours ever and usually between 1 to 3 hours. Lots of space on lot but can't stay parked overnight on site. West side is for dry loads and east side for refer loads."
"Dude at the front gate was very rude. All I said was good morning. I was only delivering 3 pallets at this location. just keep in mind You are able to arrive an an hour before your appointment time, but they will not start until your appointment time. Even if you just have 3 pallets. You get a link to pay lumper. As soon as you pay online start walking to receiving."
