"We visit this location when we are in Boise as it is close by where we stay. This visit was exceptional, and I was moved to review. Wyatt in particular greeted us for three days; His cheerful personality lifted are spirits whether we had coffee or not. The entire team worked quickly and efficiently, and one of the ladies would call out that she was working on ours, when it was extremely busy. This atmosphere was pleasing, a nice soudtrack is playing, and we did not mind waiting. Often Starbucks is Starbucks. But this location stood out on all ratings. 3 days: 6 stars."

"When you place a mobile order you shouldn't give people old drinks that didn't sell. I believe i was given on old drink. I was waiting in lobby looking at cups when I heard my name. I went to pick up my drink and it felt light. I haven't been to Starbucks in a while. I go to Dutch normally but felt like getting a PSL. I went in after inspecting it in my car and asked nicely and it was missing whipped cream it was only 3/4 full. They remade my drink. The new psl drink was made right and hot. The other one given to me was warm and missing stuff. I talked with support and they said they sent feedback. I don't always belive that so I'm sending a review. Please make sure staff doesn't do that. I'm happy I received a new drink that was made right."
