"Great location downtown, just a couple blocks from the conference center, capitol, and endless restaurant options. Staff were kind and efficient. Rooms were modern but could use more attention to detail in the cleaning. There was sticky substances on the night stand and clipped nails on the floor. There was also a loud plumbing sound each time a neighboring room used the plumbing."

"This was a great place to stay! They worked with me for early check-in for a conference, were kind when I locked my self out o my room AND were great about recommendations and letting me know about features of the hotel. Everything was incredibly clean. The bed was probably one of the best hotel beds I have ever slept in! Super easy access to tourist spots and restaurants."

"I wish I could give this location one more star, there isn't one thing that I can think of that needed improvement. Immaculately clean rooms, plenty of helpful staff on hand at the front desk, easy parking, every square inch of this hotel looked like it was meticulously cleaned or renovated. The location is awesome and convenient to walk around downtown or leave and drive elsewhere without fighting traffic. This is the first Hilton I've stayed at that I couldn't find one thing to nitpick, too bad all the Hiltons aren't as well ran as this one."

"We were in Boise for a quick overnight stay and thoroughly enjoyed our night at this property. Check in was fast and easy and Cydney was very helpful and able to accommodate our stay. The property is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The location is extremely convenient (walkable) to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Room and beds were spacious, comfortable and well-appointed (sheets a bit thin for my preference). Only complaint with the room is the red indicator lights on the TV/phone are annoying for sleep so I just covered with a towel. The breakfast area was clean and has a great setup and the attendants were very helpful and gracious. The breakfast options were plentiful and made the stay very convenient. Parking in the attached garage was easy and put us within steps of our room. Overall great stay and we’ll definitely look forward to staying here again!"
