"It wasn’t a very pleasant experience. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left. First when we arrived there was no one behind the front desk. There was a makeshift doorbell taped to the counter which I thought I had pressed. When the lady saw us standing there she told us we needed to ring the doorbell in a sarcastic manner. Before I was able to explain that I had pressed the doorbell she talked right over me and asked what did we want. We got our room and found out that the toilet wasn’t working. I went downstairs and asked for a plunger. After using the plunger I returned it to front desk and told the lady I got it going but it wasn’t really working right. She said she would put a maintenance order on it. I told my wife that they were going to fix it tomorrow morning. That we should get some rest and tomorrow would be another day. We pulled the sheets and there was hairs under the sheets. We started looking at the rest of the room and it looked like nobody had passed a cleaning cloth over the midsize refrigerator or even the tv stand. Next morning rolled around. Little passed 7 in the morning and still no maintenance. I called front desk and was told that nobody from maintenance comes in till after 9am. I told them I needed to get my day going so they offered me using the employees restroom behind the front desk. The one that was really a janitors closet. I talked to the third party I used to make the reservation. They talked to the hotel they told me that the hotel had agreed to refund me the rest of the stay that I had already paid but that I had to check out. When I checked out I asked what was the refund amount and the lady that was now at the front desk said that my refund was much less than half of the total 6 night stay. I told her that wasn’t right and she said that it was because we were leaving voluntarily. That’s ridiculous!!! Never ever staying there again! STAY AWAY!!!"

"Staff was great .General Manager Is not a good person. Was there month. Got locked out of my room for 30 minutes with my dogs in there. Here reply was so what. Not a great place."

"At check-in, we were given the wrong room based on our reservation. I showed the reservation to the Front Desk who said that my reservation was showing up differently in their system. The Front Desk offered to waive the upgrade fee in their system after I said that I wasn't being provided what I already paid for. At check-out, the system showed that I was charged an upgrade fee. I showed the reservation to the Front Desk again. The two Front Desk folks got into an argument (1 for it and 1 against it). Eventually, the Front Desk agreement to waive the upgrade fee. I ended up having to call the 3rd party who placed the reservation on my behalf and the 3rd party fixed it."

"Nice rooms with kitchen nets, no oven but full size fridge clutch. No shortage of cop present. If you’re law abiding it’s nice knowing your property is somewhat protected. The walls are thin an when I mean thin it’s like there are none. All in all for the price and location it’s perfect. Plus live P.D in the flesh BUSSIN"

"The staff was always ready to help and extremely accommodating. Dottie was definitely one of the highlights of our stay because she was extremely kind to our situation but also set us up for success when rebooking."
