"Horrible… St. Lukes hospital on Eagle is pretty close. Don’t go here if you can avoid it. Doctor put lidocaine shot directly into my open cut before doing stitches and honestly looked high. Nurse removing them yanked on my stitches to cut them out with giant scissors with the blades facing down towards my skin until I said something, obviously just use the tiny ones and pick them gently under the stitch blade up. Whole experience was a joke and unnecessary painful."
"Dr Jones was a joke. I brought my little one to see if he had an ear infection and he said his ears looked fine. Doc: “His tonsils look fine” Me: He doesn’t have tonsils! Doc: “I mean the back of his throat.” Doc: do you want me to test him for anything? Horrible horrible experience!! Everything was bad!"
"Came here and saw a provider Tan who offered two options for my medical concern. It was new to me so I asked which option the provider recommended. He said "I don’t know, it’s up to you." From this response, I began to feel uncomfortable with him. But after further discussion, I decided on one of the options he offered. He responded by making an unsure face and saying, “Are you sure? You don’t have to." After that he looked very uncomfortable and started inching toward the door, at which point I decided it best to leave and go somewhere else as the provider seemed so unsure of himself. His lack of confidence was very unnerving. (When I asked if there was anything I could do to prevent this condition from recurring in the future, the provider had said no, not really. But in the paperwork that was sent home with me, it did give suggestions on how to prevent it in the future.) Another concern was that he called in a prescription which I paid for and began taking. Around 7 hours later, the provider called and said he called in a different prescription. I found this frustrating after having already paid for and started a different med. After going to a different urgent care and having them prescribe something, I had to call this place back and ask them to cancel all prescriptions and let them know I was going with a different doctor. Having incurred delays in care (24 hours without a needed med) and charges at a second urgent care, I contacted them to try to get my small $80 remaining balance waived. After jumping through their hoops for months, sending emails that were flat ignored, they said they were going to leave it up to the provider to judge whether he felt that balance should be waived! As if he was going to admit how badly this visit went. He rejected it, no surprise. I have seen other doctors at this location and they have been fine but based on this experience, I will not return."
"Went with a patient who had a possible broken nose Sunday AM. Care person looked and said put ice on it and don't run into anything and they would send a referral. Called Tuesday after not hearing anything. Was told referral went to SW Idaho ENT. Called there, was told referral went to Dr Killian. Called there was told referral went to Dr Reilly. Called there was told referral went to SW Idaho. Still have a likely broken nose without getting actually looked at or treated by anyone. Going to call my primary care now."
"I went into this clinic yesterday to get an x ray on my hand. I was told that the wait was about an hour or so. I waited over an hour and finally went up to the desk to see what was going on. The receptionist seemed puzzled, and I don't think I had been checked in yet. I was then taken to a room where the nurse practitioner on call came in and seemed extremely intoxicated and was barely coherent. She scribbled down some illegible notes on a piece of paper that she left behind in the room and told me I would be x-rayed within the next 20 minutes. After a few minutes of waiting, she came back in and introduced herself as though she had never seen me and proceeded to check my lungs. I then told her you've already talked to me, so she walked out. Her assistant came back in minutes later with a splint for my hand, and I told the assistant that I hadn't even received x-rays yet, so she went to see what was going on. That is when I complained about the nurse practitioner's behavior. I was told there were several complaints that they were trying to take care of. I was there for a total of 4 hours and finally received x-rays and had to talk to someone else about my visit. I was informed that they sent her home for her behavior. I'm not sure what's going on there, but obviously, they're not running a professional business. It was chaotic and ridiculous. I would not recommend this place at all... beware!"
