"I have been at this location for almost two years now. I have seen many people come and go. Many are still here with us. There's pros and cons to everything but this job has helped me grow. We have new management. The site director is amazing. He interacts with everyone and listens to us. I think as long as you show up, and you're open learn and grow; you will succeed here. I've grown close to a couple people here. They are truly like family. The pay is okay, definitely not minimum wage. I stay here because the people here are great and it's super easy and fun! When I don't know something, there is always someone willing to help. Although many things can be improved on, there's a lot this place offers that other places will not. I believe in this company and what it has to offer. I've never had such a fun job before where I can consider my coworkers and management like family. I don't always agree with everything but I truly believe that we can all thrive at Sykes."
