"Overall this was a good experience, besides a few small things that could be improved. Let's start with the negatives: The check in left me a little unhappy and not a good start. An older man and super young girl checked me in. He didn't smile once and She seemed very new and following his lead. A hilton property should come with a friendly welcome. Don't be in customer service if you can't even fake a smile for customers. The breakfast was one of the worst. Very fake eggs, soggy potatoes, stale bread. I would skip eating here. The tub could use some more cleaning around the water spout and the conditioner dispenser was broken and set on the edge. The pool being 24 hours is cool, but also not in the sense that there is constantly children in the hot tub and adults cannot relax. There should be a time for children to leave and adults only or no kids in the hot tub. The positive: the rooms are extremely spacious. The property feels safe and secure. A full kitchinette with pans and dishes and a full fridge. The AC stays on and makes noise which was nice to drown out the footsteps above me. One of the light bulbs was flickering in the kitchen when I arrived and maintenance was quick to fix it. The room are dark, which I loved and was great for sleeping in. The area feels safe. The boise spectrum area with food and movies very close by. This location is central to most things in Boise including downtown and the airport and under 15 mins from the village in meridian."

"Great place to stay. The staff is amazing! David the manager is attentive to everyone and everything. He is always helping employees all over hotel. Breakfast was great. Lots of choices and very convenient. Pool, spa and gym were always clean and ready for use. U will feel at home!"

"Stayed 1 night passing through. Front desk nice. Dog friendly. The room is apartment style, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was good with many options. Plenty of parking."

"This hotel was great! I was on business and the rooms were clean and spacious. The only thing I will say about the rooms is they need to add USB outlets. The staff was also great. The reason for the 3 stars is the free breakfast. The first morning the breakfast was decent, just sausage and eggs. The second morning which was my last the breakfast was awful. It was biscuits and gravy and I got the last biscuit and it was hard as a rock. I waited for fresh ones to come out and tried them again and the new batch were hard as rocks. They gravy was also watered down and bland. I had to throw my food away. I even broke my knife trying to cut a biscuit. The easiest breakfast to make and somehow the staff found a way to ruin it."

"Pros- Location Cons- Rooms are outdated, especially bathroom. You can hear people out in corridor. I left a $10,000 wedding ring, band and $1,000 worth in bracelets in the room. I called same day as check out to report them, they had found the rings but not bracelets. I never not take my rings and bracelets at the same time and leave them in the same place. Front desk asked me to speak to the manager but the manager won’t return my calls. It’s frustrating that something so important/valuable to someone is taken so lightly. Now I don’t know what happened to my bracelets, and don’t know how to get my wedding ring and band back."
