"I have no problems with the theater per se. Generally good place to see a movie. My issue is with their Unlimited plan where you pay a monthly fee of around $20 to see as many movies as you like and get a discount on concessions. I have repeatedly tried to join this program on my phone and on the website, and it gets right up to the Credit Card information and then says I need to check my information and try again. I've literally attempted this dozens of times now. I emailed customers services and they gave me tips on what to do - nothing worked. If this theater doesn't want my business, I'll take it elsewhere. Either fix your system or be transparent about this "offer.""

"Me and my husband visited for the first time since COVID and it was not at all what we remembered! Everything has gotten so expensive and they used to have combos and they completely got rid of them. They also served me a pretzel that was still frozen in the middle. Then the second one tasted a bit frozen burnt. Will not be coming again, we used to love you guys!"
