"I have 4 Labradors, 1 cat, and a large fresh water aquarium. I have found the aquarium staff to be friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was in today as I had a fish expire. As per usual the staff working with the tanks was very helpful. The person at the register was an angry level of rude that I will not tolerate. She threatened to have a "word" with the very helpful young man. Over a single fish. Thankfully there are other stores in my area that have fresh water fish. I would close my aquarium down before I walk back in Petco again. Normally cranky employees usually get a " I hope your day gets better from here". But this was completely over the top. At the end she gave me a dismissive hand gesture. I got to my car, and walked back in. I took the bag with my single fish back to the nice young man. Warned him about her. And left the fish with him."

"While their staff isn't always present to help, when they are they were very knowledgeable and helpful. They have the specialty dog food from purina that we need for our pup. And there new and upgraded fish tanks look amazing. My son always looks forward to seeing the reptiles and fish"
