"Every time I call or pickup a prescription the attitude and service is horrible. No follow through or assistance when needing to get prescriptions filled. They make assumptions things aren’t covered by insurance when it is and seem inconvenienced every time I have a question. I would rather go out of my way to another pharmacy to avoid going here even if it’s convenient."

"The pharmacy has changed management and this was not good! I have been coming here for 10 years and the staff knew my name and treated me like family. The new staff has NO customer service skills and has been short and rude and not understanding of my needs. It takes 6 hours to get medication and even have had to wait until the next day for important meds. Many in the community feel the same way about this pharmacy now. Bad move you guys. Going to Walgreens."

"Time after time we have had to wait 6 hours and maybe not until the next day for a prescription. Twice now I was prescribed an antibiotic and can’t get it until waiting 6 hours or more. We need to leave town for a few days and Savon can’t get my prescription ready after having more than 2 hours to fill it, and this is for a common antibiotic. It’s ridiculous and you have to make an appointment on line to get any kind of vaccination. This is the one at liberty lake. Lousy customer service. If your doctor leaves a voicemail for a prescription, they don’t get to them until much later, the prescriptions that are electronically sent or if the doctors office speaks to a pharmacist those get filled first."

"I have been unable to pick up my prescriptions for several days due to lines and waiting times. My prescription is filled and ready, but I can’t wait 20-30 minutes in line just to pick it up. There needs to be a fast pickup option for people with no questions."

"We have monthly prescriptions that we have filled here. We LOVE this pharmacy. The pharmacists actually care about us as human beings, the techs are always ready to help, and they have even recently gone above and beyond to assist with special situations. Yes, they had hiccups a year or two ago (seemingly the main timeline of the negative reviews) when they switched computer systems. Bottom line, my employer prefers a different pharmacy, and I refuse to switch! They’re that good!"
